Ask the workshopEvery piece is made to order. Most pieces dispatch within 7–10 working days; larger sets and bulk orders can take 2–3 weeks. These are dispatch estimates, so please allow for the delivery journey too. If you have a date in mind, ask us before ordering.
Delivery is free to most UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Scotland (including the Highlands), UK islands and Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge. Please contact us with your postcode before ordering to confirm shipping and the total delivery cost.
The furniture arrives ready to use. Larger pieces may arrive by pallet to your kerbside or driveway. These are heavy items: plan suitable access and have someone available to receive the delivery and help move it into position.
Yes, our furniture can be used outdoors. Keeping it indoors is the best way to preserve the wood and finish. Contact us for care advice for your piece.
