Big, heavy furniture – made easy to buy online. This page explains how we deliver your order, how returns work, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Shipping Information

UK delivery only

Right now we only ship within the United Kingdom.

– UK mainland: Delivery is included in all prices shown on our website.

– Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: We can usually deliver, but a delivery surcharge applies. If this affects your order, we’ll let you know the cost before we confirm anything.

If you’re unsure whether your postcode counts as UK mainland, please contact us before ordering.

Made to order – dispatch times

Every piece is built to order in our South England workshop.

Typical dispatch times are:

– Most items: Sent within 5–7 working days

– Larger sets / bulk orders: Up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the size of the order

We’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details (where available) as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

If you need something by a specific date (birthday, event, opening night), contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.

How we deliver

Our furniture is heavy and bulky, so we use a mix of courier services and pallet deliveries, depending on the item.

– Deliveries usually take place on weekdays.

– Larger sets may arrive on a pallet to the kerbside or driveway, rather than being carried inside.

– For safety, someone needs to be at home to receive and help move heavier pieces.

We pack everything very carefully so it arrives in one piece and ready to use.

When your order arrives

As soon as your furniture arrives:

1. Check the packaging for any obvious damage before the driver leaves.

2. Unpack carefully and keep the packaging for a few days in case a return is needed.

3. Inspect the item itself and let us know straight away if there is any issue.

If something is damaged or not what you expected, email us with:

– Your name and order number

– Photos of the item and any damage to the packaging

– A short description of the problem

We’ll work with you to put it right as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

– We will normally offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

– We may arrange a collection or ask you to return the item. In either case, we will cover reasonable return postage or courier costs for damaged or faulty items.

This also applies to custom engraved pieces – if they arrive damaged or with an error that is our fault, they can be refunded or replaced.

– Custom engraved items can be returned or refunded only if they are damaged or faulty.

– If the engraving is correct and the item is in good condition but you change your mind, we cannot accept a return for that piece, as it cannot be resold.

If you are unsure about the wording or design, contact us before ordering.

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

We will email you to confirm we have received the item and whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We process refunds from our side as quickly as possible, but:

– Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may take 3–10 working days to show the money back in your account.

– These timeframes are controlled by the payment providers, not by us.

If we have confirmed your refund but you do not see it:

Check your account or card statement again after a few days.

Contact your bank or card provider and ask if a refund is pending.

If they cannot find it, get in touch with us and we will check the transaction from our side.

Request a refund

Please complete the form below if you need to request a refund under our Shipping & Returns policy.

For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
For unwanted items, you must also contact us within 3 days of delivery and the item must be unused and in resaleable condition.
